In this course, you will be introduced to some general concepts and methodologies related to pen testing, and you will work your way through a simulated pen test for a fictitious company.
By the end of this course, you’ll gain skills in:

- Performing non-technical tests to gather information.
- Conducting active reconnaissance.

Certified Penetration Tester (CPT)
This examination is accredited by the Global ACE Certification. The examination framework is designed to align with a set of relevant Knowledge, Skills and Attitudes (KSA) that are necessary for an Information Security Awareness Manager. Candidates will be tested via a combination of either continual assessment (CA), multiple choice (MC), theory/underpinning knowledge assessment (UK), practical assessment (PA), assignments (AS) and case studies (CS) as required.
By the end of this course, you’ll gain skills in:
- Understanding different attacks used by hackers
- Understanding how to conduct a vulnerability assessment on the network and systems
- Learning ways to harden the network and systems thus securing the corporate network and systems.
- Preparing and submit Vulnerability Assessment & Pentest Reports
